For five generations the Zeni family has dedicated love and passion to the making of classic veronese wines. They take meticulous care in each and every phase: from growing the vines to the harvest, winemaking, the ageing and finishing, and finally in the bottling and purveying of the wine.

The moronic land that the glaciers left in the great amphitheatre east of Lake Garda end in low rolling hills close to the Padana plain. In 1973, the Azienda Agricola Gorgo was founded on these lands. From the initial 54,36 acres / 22 hectares, today the property extends to almost 149 acres / 60 hectares in the area of production of Bianco di Custoza and Bardolino wines.

The Bennati Cellars were founded In Cazzano di Tramigna in the beginning of the century. The refining of prestigious local wines and most of all the aging of the Amarone and of the Recioto of the Valpolicella are the only activities that the company was occupied with in the early part of its history. Later, the Bennati Cellars extended their interest to wines of the surrounding areas, constantly improving their quality. Now the company can offer many great quality wines, that have already enjoyed success in Italy and around the world.

In the magic atmosphere of Castelcerino, two families’ stories unite: the Visco family with its long wine-making tradition, and the eye to the future of the Filippi family. This is how the absolute passion for wine develops that, with time, becomes richer with competence, creativity, research and innovation. According to the “Guide to Organic Italian Wines 2009”, the Soave Colli Scaligeri Vigne della Brà DOC 2006 of the “Azienda Agricola Visco & Filippi” is the best organic white wine in all of Italy.

The 148,26 acres / 60 hectares of cultivated vines are the patrimony of the Righetti family. This land is the result of constant sacrifices and considerable investment, in the continual development of new cultivation technologies to assure a production of low yielding, but extremely high quality grapes.
